Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday, business days only, within 24 hours from order confirmation. Il Bisonte only ships using EXPRESS delivery. Delivery estimates 1-2 business days transit. Deliveries will take place during business hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Our warehouse is closed for these Holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter, Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. Shipping costs may vary according to the shipping Country. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times..

When your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your purchase details and a tracking number to track your package. If you are a registered user you can check your orders by logging in to your account and selecting My Account. If you do not receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours please check your junk e-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click not junk, which will allow future messages to get through. For futher information check terms of sale.

Unfortunately, at this time, Ludovico Marabotto can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that need to be sent to more than one location, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

No. Once an order is processed we are unable to redirect it to a different address.

This depends on whether your order has already been processed and shipped. If you wish to add to an existing order and are unsure whether it has shipped, please email contact@ludovicomarabotto.com If your order has shipped, there is no way to add another item. You will need to place a new order with the additional item(s) you desire.

FREE RETURNS

We are happy to help coordinate a package pick up from your home or office at a time that is convenient for you.

To make a return, please email contact@ludovicomarabotto.com within 14 days of receiving your order and request a “Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number”. A member of our team will then get in touch with you to coordinate the return. Please note you must return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your RMA number. We’ll send you a notification email once your return is processed, to keep you fully informed.

If you’d like to exchange your item for another Ludovico Marabotto product, please email contact@ludovicomarabotto.com within 14 days of receiving your order and inform us of the exchange that you would like to make.

We happily accept returned goods – our aim is to make sure every customer is pleased with the Ludovico Marabotto experience. All returned products must be new and unused, with all tags still attached. We may not be able to accept returned goods if they are not received in that condition. We recommend using the original packaging to ensure returned items are adequately protected.

We will process your return as soon as it arrives to our warehouse and check that return requirements are complied with. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, refund amount and estimated date of refund. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on your bank Reimbursement includes item cost and potential shipping costs included in your invoice.

Every Ludovico Marabotto product comes with a two-year guarantee against any manufacturing fault. Our commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship extends to our guarantee and repair service. If you need to return your product for the repair of a manufacturing fault during the first year after its purchase, we also pay the return shipping costs. We will do everything possible to make good any issue affecting your product and make sure that it lasts as long as you do.
